2. Booking and confirmation
- You can book via call, WhatsApp, website forms, or partner platforms.
- We may confirm device model, issue, and address before assigning a technician.
- Slots depend on technician coverage and part availability.
- We may reschedule or cancel due to traffic, weather, safety, or stock issues.
3. Diagnosis and estimates
- Quotes shared online or by phone are estimates based on the issue described.
- Final pricing may change after on‑site diagnosis.
- We take your approval on updated estimates before proceeding.
4. Pricing and payments
- Prices generally include parts and service charges unless stated otherwise.
- Any applicable taxes will be mentioned on the invoice.
- Payments can be made through supported modes like cash, UPI, cards, or bank transfer.
- Full payment is usually due after successful completion of the repair.
5. Genuine parts and quality
- We aim to use genuine or equivalent‑grade parts.
- OEM part availability may vary by brand, model, and age.
- Part grade can be confirmed with the technician at the time of booking.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your device and issue.
- Back up data wherever possible; we are not responsible for data loss.
- Remove SIM/memory cards and confidential accessories where feasible.
- Ensure safe access and a suitable workspace for the technician.
- Check the device thoroughly after repair before final payment.
7. Data and privacy
Technicians may need limited access to your device to test functions like calls, camera, and audio, but do not intentionally access personal content.

8. Warranty on repairs
Most repairs come with a limited warranty on parts and workmanship as per our Warranty Policy, which excludes new damage, liquid damage, misuse, or third‑party tampering.
9. Limitations of liability

10. Device pickup and drop
