Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long it is covered, and how to raise a warranty claim for repairs done by Vrepairs.
1. Standard warranty coverage
Warranty applies only to the specific part replaced or service performed by Vrepairs on the device mentioned in your invoice.
Warranty starts from the repair completion date noted on your invoice or digital job card.
2. Warranty duration

The final warranty period for your job will always be communicated by our technician and mentioned on your invoice.
3. What the warranty covers
- Repair or replacement of the faulty part installed by Vrepairs.
- Re‑performance of the service provided by Vrepairs.
- No additional labour or part cost if the issue is due to part failure or workmanship.
4. What the warranty does not cover
- New physical damage after our repair (drops, cracks, pressure, bend, impact).
- Liquid or moisture damage after our repair.
- Misuse, unauthorised software, rooting, or overclocking.
- Repairs or opening by another service provider after our repair.
- Normal wear and tear or capacity drop over time (especially for batteries).
- Issues unrelated to the part or service provided by Vrepairs.
5. Important notes
- Screen warranty does not cover new cracks, lines, or display damage from impact.
- Battery warranty does not cover natural ageing or heavy‑usage‑related capacity drop.
- In some cases, we may need to inspect the device at our workshop.
6. How to raise a warranty claim

- Share your name, contact number, device model, and issue.
- Share the original invoice or approximate job date and area.
- Provide photos or videos of the issue if possible.
After verification, we may send a technician to your location or ask for the device to be brought or picked up for inspection.
7. Resolution options
- Repair the covered part again at no cost.
- Replace the covered part with a similar‑grade part at no cost.
- Offer an alternative solution depending on part availability and device condition.
8. Limit of warranty
- Warranty is limited to the part or service performed by Vrepairs.
- Other parts of the device are not covered unless separately repaired.
- Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the covered part or service.
9. Changes to this Warranty Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. Updated terms apply to repairs performed after the change.
